The back of your billing statement should include a personalized ID number and access key which can be used to update your personal information and pay your bill at https://www.personapay.com/ebamg
You can also call our customer service line (510-315-6420) anytime from 8:00am - 5:00pm PST to review your bill or make a payment by credit card
If you have a question about a recent bill and your surgery date was prior to February 1, 2025, please call First Coast Billing Group at 1-800-266-9945 or leave a message on our Contact Us page. We apologize for the billing delay, but we are still dealing with billing delays from the 2024 Change Healthcare Cyberattack.
